Great service and friendly technicians
First time buying a new and I was very nervous. Luckily Aaron was able to help me identify the right car, go over all the specs and make the whole process very smooth. Once I got the car Chyrlyn walked me through all my coverage options and helped me identify which ones worked best for me. My overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Honda Cars of Bellevue!
Went back for our 4th Honda (I also have a Wrangler from this lot) and had the pleasure of working with Aaron Richardson on getting into a Ridgeline! He has helped us each time we have gone and he definitely KNOWS HIS CARS!!! Each time we left we knew the ins and outs of our vehicles and could confidently ride into the sunset knowing they were safe and reliable. Did I mention fast? I havent wanted another vehicle simply because I don’t want another salesmen!

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Aaron was a great help and made it a very easy and straight forward process.
Took a little bit to get in for some recall repairs. But once we got in, service took about 1.5 hours for 2 recall repairs, software update and they even washed the car! Great experience 👍
Honda Cars of Bellevue did a great job selling me a car 5 years ago. When it came to me being in a pitch today with service needs they pulled through. Pat was very kind and helpful over the phone and when I arrived. Not one moment did I feel out of place talking to him about my car’s maintenance needs. His reassurance and ability to provide me a time frame of when the service would be complete lowered my stress. At home updates were great as well. I will gladly come back for more service needs.

I have been coming to Honda cars of Bellevue for >10 years and have had mostly positive experiences. One positive that always shines is Pat in the service department. He is always very nice and takes very good care of people. He is upfront about costs and hasn't promised anything he couldn't deliver. Pat does a great job, and I'm always happy to see him when I pull my car in the service area.

My old Toyota was getting worn out and I needed a newer car. I looked at a several dealers and found a low mileage Honda Accord at Honda Cars of Bellevue. I went for a test drive and liked the newer vehicle. Both the sales person and the finance manager were very helpful in procuring this vehicle. It was kind of tough because I work some very odd hours, but I appreciate their understanding. Overall, buying a used car from Honda Cars of Bellevue was a positive experience.
