We have used Honda Cars of Bellevue several times. We find them honest and willing to go above and beyond. We recently had a tire that needed fixed and was under warranty. They took care of it quickly and easily.

Good except on the way home the low tire pressure light came on. Don't know if is just a low tire or the low tire pressure light is not working right. Going to mechanics now. Aaron who sold us the car was very professional and courteous.
I hit a curb and could hear rattling underneath, luckily I was close by the dealership. Pulled in and Jim was very helpful. Had a technician (didn’t get his name, he’d get 5 stars too!)look under and fix the problem, no charge! Bought my CRV from them and they’ve always been very helpful.

They were very busy with many cars ahead of me. Told an hour and half and I said I would wait. They offered driver to take me anywhere. I had a cup of coffee and waited. They found another problem and told me price to repair. Happy with friendly service.

Very friendly salesperson and finance manager. Did not feel pressured to take financing I wasn't comfortable with and I left the dealership with a car I was happy with in less than 2 hours .

Great guys very thorough. I had a noise from a previous oil change at a different place, came here to get it checked out. They found the noise and tightened some bolts and I was on my way with no charge. I was expecting to pay the hourly rate but no. Amazing!
The customer service was great. They accommodated my work schedule and provided transportation. The work was done quick and they vacuumed and washed my vehicle.
We had a great experience with this dealership and especially happy with our salesperson Mark Garcia, was very knowledgeable and professional. We were interested in a couple of different models and he took time to show us each car and I never felt "pushed" into anything.

My mom and I were looking for a new vehicle for her to drive. 100 percent recommended Honda Cars of Bellevue. I called them on Monday afternoon and was able to get my car in on Tuesday morning. This was after calling another dealer and was told I could get an apointment in three weeks. My repairs were done quickly and professionally. I am totally satisfied.

Brought in my car which has a 10 year extended warranty which I purchased in another state prior to moving to Omaha. Although they confirmed that they would work with the warranty company, they mostly shrugged when confronted with my problem "it is a known issue that Honda has no solution for" when asked about swapping out the malfunctioning part, I was told that they "service line" said that it would not work. Our car broke down when we were away from home on the 3rd of July. Jim Belt, the service advisor and manager Matthew, went above and beyond to get our problem diagnosed before the holiday even though they were swamped. They were kind helpful and honest throughout and got our car repaired as soon as the part arrived. Would definitely use them again if we lived in the area and recommended them to our son who lives nearby.

Services for oil change & tire rotation are top rated and done properly. My Honda Civic is in great hands with the mechanics. Customer service is great. Never had a problem with my car. Long wait at times but expected since the place has tons of customers. The price of service is competitive. Thank you for doing a great job.

They were fantastic to work with, made everything easy to understand, and didn't make it feel like I was being upsold. I also appreciate that they focus on making sure you have everything you need fron the get go.
The sales rep was extremely kind and wasn’t pushy. He even came and picked me up from my house so I could go grab the new van. They also made things extremely easily by buying the van that we were replacing even though it wasn’t a Honda.
I came in to Honda because my service light came on. The gentleman who greeted me saw that the number that reflects what service I need was incorrect I needed a simple tire rotation and oil change. He was very helpful. I waited about one hour in the waiting room. Everything was efficient and the young gentlemen was very friendly. I am sorry I do not know his name the waiting room is also very comfortable.
Overall pretty good. Whoever changed my oil didn’t reset my oil level. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to help me reset it. The gentleman was busy, but he took the time out to reset it for me…. Much appreciated!!!
When I got there I asked if they fill the wiper fluid? I was told yes… I said great, thank you, as I had just run out. Welp…. No wiper fluid was added. So I stopped on the way home to get some. I do believe this is the 2nd time this has happened.

Jim in the service department did a great job getting my Honda in for service and having my brakes replaced that fit my schedule too.
Fast drop off for an oil. change. The guy tried to pressure me into a rear diff fluid change, and told me the warranty would be void if I didn’t. Hard no for me. When I arrived home I received an automated text from the used car manager wanting to buy my truck. Kind of weird. Probably go to a local garage from now on.
I purchased a new CRV and Cary made the experience quick and simple. Everything was done in a timely manner and she went above and beyond to fulfill my personal preferences.
As far as I can tell, the oil change, tire rotation, and inspections were done competently. However, I had an appointment for 11 o'clock, and I arrived on time. I did not get my car back until 2 PM. The waiting room is comfortable enough, but not for three hours.

We had a brand new Honda we bought in Alabama. We were halfway to Omaha and the AC went out. We called the other Honda dealership and they basically said they couldn’t help us. Maybe they could look at it in about 6 weeks which is not want you want to hear in the summer 1000 miles away from home. The dealership in Bellevue Nebraska sent us a link right away and gave us an appointment. We were so thankful. Of course even more thankful when they fixed it.
