Josh gave me great information about the car. Got the ball rolling right away and did what he said what he was going to do. He also kept me up to date on when the car was arriving and the financial department was great with the rundown of the paperwork.

In March of 2021 I met with David Quach. It was time to give up my beloved 2001 Honda CRV. I leased a 2021 CRV. You can imagine the technology learning curve. Josh was a great sales rep. Prompt and thorough. Very kind and knowledgeable. However, it’s a bad time to buy any car but happy with our purchase overall. Just wish the market was better so we had any room to negotiate some of the options on the vehicle. When we asked if things could be removed we were told no by management because someone else would buy the car the way it was. As long as you go in knowing the price you see is non-negotiable you’ll be fine. This is the situation at all dealerships right now.
