Great experience. We met Guy and had no qualms at all. No Pressure, straight forward, we felt we got a fair deal. The finance person was amazing as well. Very thorough, no pressure jyst suggested things and then explained why it was a good option.

Exceptional experience today while buying a car for my mother. Our salesman Julyan Coleman was very patient, considerate, informative and kind. She loves her new HRV! Buying a car here was seamless. David and Guy both helped me immensely. Walked in having one of my worst days and left with a new hope and happy. They had a playroom for my 7 month old daughter to play in and keep her busy while I was signing and doing all the adult stuff. It was super clean. David talked me through all the features of my new car and even helped set up my phone to auto-connect to my car whenever I got in. He is super patient with all questions and very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. Guy, even though our interactions were brief in our first stop, maintained communication while I was figuring out my finances and put no pressure on me coming in to buy. He answered any questions I had regarding financing, and I'm sure he would have answered questions regarding the car if I hadn't done my research prior. Overall, would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by here.

Justin shoemaker was my salesman. I really just pulled into the car lot that day to look around for a second. My car had recently died. I looked at a 2022 Tucson that I really liked. I came back a few hours later to look at it again. I saw justin in the sales lot and decided to talk to him, telling him I really had no time at the moment Justin took me in his office and assured me.We would only visit for a few moments. Within a few moments , justin had convinced me that to buy a 2025 model might even be my better joy choice . Justin convinced me that was the right thing to do! He went over every detail of the purchase, with a smile, i might add! In minimal time I was driving off the lot!! Even the finance guy, Thane, was superb definition of customer service at it's BEST! Everyone here is so nice! My car was making concerning noises. They checked it over quickly and efficiently. It was just loose lug nuts from my recent tire purchase at another establishment. Honda fixed this without charge to me! Made my day!
