Just bought my first Honda and it needed some recall/warranty work done. Jim Belt was able to get everything done super quick. They could definitely could be a lot better at communicating when your car is going to be done.

I’m taking one star off because the playroom could definitely use a deep cleaning. Many of the toys looked dirty and like they hadn’t been cleaned or washed in a while. There was dust, dirt, and even dead bugs behind the toys and tables. The books were also sticky and dirty. I do think it’s very thoughtful that they provide a play area and toys to help keep the kids busy while waiting. They also provided some free snacks, which we really appreciated. Overall, our experience was good. The service was great, and we were happy with the repair for my Honda SUV.

They did a diagnostic right away even though I just showed up without a appointment and when they found the problem they fixed it right away with no hassle.

My car was serviced promptly and it was also washed!
