My mom and I were looking for a new vehicle for her to drive. I had originally planned to take my car to a dealership closer to my home for repairs but someone said that they had heard good things about Bellevue Honda. I’m glad that I decided to drive the extra miles because my experience with Bellevue Honda was great, from the phone call to set up an appointment, to when the repair work was done and I drove back home. They had the parts to fix my car on-hand so I didn’t have to make a second trip or leave my car there. But if I would have needed to leave my car, they have a shuttle service. The work was completed in about three hours while I sat in the waiting area which was very comfortable. After they had finished the repairs, they washed my very dirty car. How many places would give that extra service?! Another thing that impressed me was how clean the waiting area and car bay were. I definitely recommend Bellevue Honda.
