Brought in my car which has a 10 year extended warranty which I purchased in another state prior to moving to Omaha. Although they confirmed that they would work with the warranty company, they mostly shrugged when confronted with my problem "it is a known issue that Honda has no solution for" when asked about swapping out the malfunctioning part, I was told that they "service line" said that it would not work. After owning multiple Hondas since 1989, all I can say, is this is the point of departure. No offer from the dealership to advocate for a solution, just a tough situation for me and my crappy Honda - never again my friend - I am moving to a company that works to solve issues and provides solutions. I now have a 2022 car with no radio, car play, navigation or using any of the other technical features. I see that the Korean cars have 10 year warranties - so I hope you go out of business slowly and lose business to your competitors due to your unwillingness to support your customers or to back your brand... BTW - it took over two hours to tell me this - something that they could have confirmed with a phone call considering it is a known issue that I described the night before coming in.
