CUSTOMER LOUNGE: Freshly Remodeled!!! Enjoy our comfortable customer lounge while you wait for your service to be completed. You will enjoy freshly brewed coffee, fresh fruits & snacks, today’s newspapers, cable television, several Internet equipped computer workstations, wireless Internet Service, children’s play room equipped with video games, current monthly magazines, and vending machines.
EXPRESS SERVICE: No appointments are necessary for oil changes (Mon-Fri). We offer the convenience of a quick lube station, with the added security of knowing that only Certified Honda Technicians will be working on your vehicle.
COURTESY SHUTTLE: Shuttle off to work or home with our Courtesy Shuttle. Leaving at 7:30am, 9:30am and 12:30pm every weekday. Shuttle is also available to pick you up once your vehicle is completed.
EARLY OR LATE ARRIVALS: We have a before hours and after hours drop box located next to the entrance doors leading to our service drive. Just fill out the envelope and park your vehicle along the side of the building. We will contact you during the day to confirm the work that is to be performed.
EXPRESS CHECKOUT: Can’t make it back before close or just don’t want to wait in line? Use our Express Checkout Service to make your life easier. Use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or a personal check. Ask your service advisor about this service.
CAR WASH: Your vehicle will be washed and the front carpets will be vacuumed every time your vehicle is in to see us. In the event our car wash is broken or the weather does not permit us to wash your vehicle, you will be given a voucher for a free car wash whenever you next need one.
FACTORY TRAINED CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS: Don’t trust just anyone with your Honda. Our technicians receive the latest and most current training from American Honda. We utilize the most recent service bulletins and American Honda’s technical assistance hotline. Our technicians participate in the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence testing and certification program.
GIANT INVENTORY OF HONDA MANUFACTURED PARTS: We use original (OEM) parts. This ensures you of a proper fit and function and comes with a twelve month or 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor.
BODY SHOP: Omaha’s onlyHonda Certified Body Shop, our collision repair and refinishing facility is known for quality workmanship and integrity both in the repair industry and in related training as well. Our technicians are ASE certified in their respective fields. They are professional and very conscientious. Due to this, our Body Shop has been awarded the BLUE SEAL OF EXCELLENCE by the NATIONAL INSTITUTE for AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE EXCELLENCE (ASE). Our Body Shop is open 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
